The RADCOM MediaPro is a real-time IP MultiMedia (IPMM) monitor providing session level analysis of Voice over IP (VoIP), fax (T.358) and Video, including QoS. The MediaPro analyses media and signalling from all of the major VoIP protocols (H.323, SIP, MGCP, Megaco, H.248, Skinny, RTCP and RTP) and provides accurate voice quality measurements (VQM) using either Passive (PMoS) or intrusive (PESQ/PAMS) methodologies. |

Tests Performed
The RADCOM MediaPro provides signalling and media analysis, including QoS, video and voice quality, and detects problems such as inefficient bandwidth utilisation, in efficient packet loss recovery mechanisms, poor compression mechanisms, non-optimal jitter buffer length, quality degradation under stress, inadequate VAD (Voice Activity Detection) mechanisms and long signalling setup durations. In addition, full drill-down capabilities enable isolation of every level of signalling and media planes with easy to use and convenient session level GUI's, showing all current and closed calls in a single screen.
