The Observer VoIP Expert provides a range of tools for the management of VoIP traffic, including comprehensive at-a-glance summary information such as number of ongoing calls, precedence set, voice quality scoring and in-depth call detail records (CDR). When more specific details are needed, or if a pre-set threshold has been breached, further analysis including call-flow diagrams, RTP analysis and audio playback can be used to drill into problematic calls and sessions.
