Innocor's TestPoint series are a range of platforms providing analysis and generation on transmission rates for Ethernet, Sonet and SDH networks.  The TestPoint platform, available as either a portable single-port chassis or high-port density solution, provides solution for both LAN and WAN variants of 10Gig (Gigabit Ethernet).  Additionally other variants such as OTU-2 (G.709), 10G Fibre Channel and GFP-F over 10Gig are supported as options.  As well as the hot swappable 10Gig Module other modules include support for transmission rates STM1-STM64 and Gigabit Ethernet.

Tests Performed

Innocor's TestPoint can provide simulation and monitoring for a range of 10G networks, displaying all the major overhead and alarm bits contained within SDH, Sonet, Ethernet and G.709 frames.  The TestPoint family provide the capability to not only simultaneously view and record errors on all of these layers but also to insert errors on one level and see what effect that has on the performance of others.  The industry standard RFC-2544 test suite provides verification of 10Gig Ethernet links as well as the ability to capture at both the PCS and MAC layer for complete understanding of the same 10 Gigabit Ethernet links.
