GL Communications GL Insight software provides the capability to perform fax and modem analysis between a variety of network end points, including TDM and IP networks. Offering both real-time and offline analysis of TDM and IP networks GL Insight provides bottom up diagnostic of the calls and helps solve interoperability problems.

Tests Performed
GL Insight offers device independent communications analysis receiving the recorded modem or fax transmissions and de-modulating them before presenting the decoded information. The raw files required for fax and modem analysis over TDM interfaces can be obtained using GL's Call Capture Analysis, or for IP networks using GL's PacketGen and PacketScan applications. |
Summary
GL Insight is a software tool that allows the user to decode and analyse fax and modem calls made over both traditional TDM and growing IP networks. Working in conjunction with other GL applications capable of capturing calls on either TDM or IP networks the GL Insight software provides the user with capability to understand his fax and modem transmissions and where problems may exist. |
