The parascope GigE provides a range of advanced diagnostic tools such as Ping, Trace route, Blink HUB port locator , cable length optic testing and more. Once the basic functionality of the link is proven the Parascope GigE tester can then be used to performer BER testing and the full, or partial, RFC-2544 test suite. Once the Ethernet functionality is checked this versatile tester can be used to generate multiple streams, whether they be constant, bursty or ramped traffic, to emulate real-life conditions
